Psychological lessons

Cognitive distortion:

- Splitting: One's personality isn't perfect, it has good points and bad points, for that we can't judge that someone or some event that it's 100% good nor 100% bad. One's personality or an event is complex not simple to be judged directly with white and black logic.

- Personalizing: Enduring the personal responsibility including praise or blame for events out of the personal control.

- Disqualifying the positive: Discounting the good sides of an event.

- Mental filtering: Ignoring any of what's not with one's beliefs.
